This guided experiential beach walk invites you to step into a spiral pattern in the sand while using mindful movement and awareness to observe your life journey in real time, noticing your pace, direction, surroundings, thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations as a way to gain direct insight into yourself and your current path. The practice is simple yet powerful: walk, notice, and become aware of your experience as it unfolds.

The natural setting of the ocean supports slowing down and tuning in. Many people find that as they walk, they begin to see patterns in how they move through life and gain clarity about what they are currently navigating.
