ABOUT INGRID

Welcome to your healing space! My name is Ingrid, and I embrace many roles as a mother, sister, friend, daughter, intuitive energy healer, medium, and spiritual life coach. Originally from Estonia, my journey with energy healing began in childhood and has continually guided me throughout my life. In 2004, I graduated from the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences, where I deepened my understanding of both Western and Eastern approaches to healing. Since then, I have come to understand that true happiness and well-being arise from within, through a balanced connection between body, mind, and spirit.

As a lifelong student, I continuously expand my knowledge through a wide range of teachers, retreats, and mentors across America, Europe, and Asia. My passion is to help others heal from within, reconnect with their authentic selves, discover and expand their spiritual gifts, and experience a magical life full of possibility and meaning, just as I have experienced in my own journey. My goal is to positively touch, support, and empower those who are seeking greater clarity, healing, alignment, and happiness.

Through channeled messages, often visualized as movies in my mind from your spirit and Source, I help bring awareness and healing to unresolved issues, energetic blockages, and limiting patterns that may be holding you back, while guiding you to connect with yourself on a deeper level. Together, we can work to raise your energetic frequency, strengthen your connection to your intuition and spiritual gifts, and support deeper transformation and self-discovery.
