ABOUT INGRID

Welcome to my healing space! My name is Ingrid, and I embrace many roles— mom, sister, friend, daughter, intuitive energy healer, medium, and spiritual life coach. Originally from Estonia, my journey with energy healing began in childhood and has continually guided me through life. In 2004 I graduated from the Swedish Institute - College of Health Sciences, where I deepened my understanding of both Western and Eastern approaches to healing. Since then I have come to understand that true happiness and health stem from a balanced connection between body, mind, and spirit.

As a lifelong student, I continuously expand my knowledge through a wide range of teachers, retreats, and coaches across America, Europe, and Asia. My passion is to help others heal from within, discover their unique gifts, and experience a magical life full of possibilities, just as I have done for myself.  My goal is to positively touch, support, and empower those who seek to move towards their greatest well-being and happiness.
