Join us for a peaceful outdoor morning of grounding, healing, and connection in the beauty of nature as we begin the day and the week with intention.

Bring a yoga mat and a blanket, and meet us under the circle of trees by the pond as we gather in a sacred space to slow down, reconnect, and deepen our connection with ourselves and nature.
